Job Description
Take the lead in providing essential care to Medicare Advantage plan members as a Nurse Practitioner focused on home health risk assessments in Maryville and throughout Nodaway County. This per diem opportunity offers maximum flexibility, letting you design your own work schedule while making a real impact on patient care at the community level.

- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment required
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members
- Assess patients past and present medical documentation, conditions, and medication histories
- Offer education and guidance on health conditions and appropriate medication use
- Identify gaps in care and recommend actionable steps for improved outcomes
- Strictly perform assessments no treatment planning or medication prescribing needed with this role
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri
- Active CPR certification (BLS)
- Board certification through AANP or ANCC
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of recent experience practicing as an NP preferred
This position offers competitive compensation, with evaluations compensated at $80-$90 each, plus mileage reimbursements and paid administrative time. Youll be serving a broad geographic area, including Maryville, Burlington Junction, and Hopkinsflexibility in travel is a must.
