This per diem opportunity empowers you to create your own schedule with flexible shifts spanning Monday through Sunday. Youll play a vital role in improving quality of care in Marshall, Slater, Sweet Springs, and surrounding areas, with the autonomy to determine your weekly or bi-weekly commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members in home settings
- Review and evaluate prior and current medical history, ongoing conditions, and medication usage
- Educate members on their conditions, treatment understanding, and proper medication management
- Identify gaps in care and make recommendations to enhance each patients health outcomes
- Enjoy a focus on assessmentsno prescribing medications or creating detailed treatment plans required
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri
- Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing school
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- At least 6 months of recent Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
