This per diem opportunity offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to create your own schedule while making a significant impact on the well-being of Medicare Advantage members throughout communities, including Forrest City, Hughes, and Madison.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Self-scheduling: choose your own shifts and frequency
- Commitment to a minimum number of hours weekly or bi-weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete home health risk assessments, including annual evaluations and post-discharge visits for Medicare Advantage members
- Review patients prior and current medical histories, conditions, and medication regimens
- Discuss and educate upon medical conditions and prescribed medications to empower patients
- Identify potential gaps in patient care, providing recommendations for follow-up and improvement
- Focus solely on assessmentsno development of treatment plans or prescribing medications required
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- MSN from an accredited school of nursing
- At least 6 months of nurse practitioner experience preferred
Compensation is competitive, with $80$90 per completed evaluation, in addition to a mileage stipend and reimbursement for administrative time.
