Deliver exceptional patient care in a flexible, community-based role as a Nurse Practitioner conducting home health risk assessments throughout Lee County. This per diem position empowers you to create your own schedule, with shifts available any day of the week to best fit your lifestyle.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Customize your work schedule
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive home health risk assessments on Medicare Advantage plan members residing in areas such as Marianna, Moro, and Rondo
- Review and evaluate medical histories, current medical conditions, and medications
- Educate patients about medical conditions, health maintenance, and medications
- Identify gaps in care, providing actionable recommendations for improvement
- No requirement for developing treatment plans or prescribing medications
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
- Current CPR certification (BLS)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
- Minimum 6 months of recent NP experience preferred
