Experience a dynamic per diem opportunity assessing patients health in a home setting. In this role, you will perform comprehensive home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members throughout Columbia County, AR, including Magnolia, Waldo, and Taylor. Each visit lasts about 45 minutes and may include annual health assessments or post-discharge follow-ups. Youll bring your clinical expertise directly to patients, making a meaningful difference while enjoying maximum flexibility.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Set your own schedule
- Choose your minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough, in-home risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members
- Review and evaluate patients medical histories, including current health conditions and medication usage
- Educate patients on their diagnoses and medication regimens during each visit
- Identify care gaps and offer actionable recommendations for improved patient outcomes
- No responsibilities for treatment planning or prescribingfocus is on evaluation and education
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license issued by the state of Arkansas
- Board certification through AANP or ANCC required
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification (BLS)
- Minimum of 6 months recent NP experience preferred
- Skilled in self-motivation, communication, and patient education
Enjoy compensation of $80$90 per completed evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and additional pay for administrative duties.
