Take on an impactful per diem opportunity as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health risk assessments within Hempstead County, AR. Work closely with Medicare Advantage plan members, providing comprehensive in-home health assessments that help inform their care while enjoying a flexible schedule tailored to your preferences.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Create your own schedule to fit your lifestyle
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members
- Review and evaluate prior and current medical history, existing conditions, and medication regimens
- Deliver patient education on medical conditions and safe medication practices
- Identify gaps in care and offer actionable recommendations for improvement
- Note: No treatment plan creation or prescription responsibilities involved
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- MSN degree from an accredited school of nursing
- At least 6 months of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
