Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts available seven days a week
  • Design your own work schedule
  • Choose a minimum hourly commitment weekly or bi-weekly

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive home health risk assessments, averaging 45 minutes per patient, for individuals residing in areas including Harrison, Diamond City, and Bergman
  • Review and evaluate prior and current medical history, active medical conditions, and medication profiles
  • Educate patients regarding diagnoses and prescribed medications to encourage optimal health outcomes
  • Detect gaps in care and make actionable recommendations to support patient well-being
  • Visits may include annual health evaluations or focused post-discharge assessments
  • No treatment plan creation or medication prescribing required

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification
  • Certification with AANP or ANCC
  • MSN from an accredited nursing program
  • At least 6 months recent experience as an NP preferred
