Job Description

Enjoy flexible, per diem work as a Nurse Practitioner providing home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members across Benton County. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact through meaningful patient visits, including annual health assessments and post-discharge visits, with each evaluation taking approximately 45 minutes. Shifts are available in areas such as Rogers, Bentonville, and Bella Vista, allowing you to tailor your schedule to fit your lifestyle.

Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts between Monday and Sunday
  • Set your own availability
  • Commitment options available on a weekly or bi-weekly basis

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members
  • Review and document past and current medical history, conditions, and medication use
  • Educate patients on their diagnoses and prescribed medications
  • Identify and address any gaps in care, offering recommendations to improve patient health outcomes
  • No requirement to create treatment plans or prescribe medications

Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
  • Completion of an MSN from an accredited nursing program
  • At least 6 months of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
