Job Description
Deliver comprehensive care directly to Medicare Advantage plan members by conducting home health risk assessments throughout Pope County, AR. This per diem Nurse Practitioner opportunity offers maximum flexibility, allowing you to create your ideal work schedule and make a meaningful impact within your community.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Choose your own working days and hours
- Commitment on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform annual health assessments and post-discharge visits for plan members in their homes
- Review medical history, current health conditions, and medication usage
- Educate patients on health conditions and appropriate medication usage
- Identify care gaps and provide actionable recommendations to enhance patient well-being
- No requirement to create treatment plans or prescribe medications
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license issued by the state of Arkansas
- Board Certification via AANP or ANCC
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Active CPR certification (BLS)
- Minimum of 6 months of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
This role provides competitive compensation of $80-$90 per evaluation, including a mileage stipend and payment for administrative time.
Youll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule and work within a variety of locations in Pope County, such as Russellville, Pottsville, and Atkins, ensuring every day brings a unique experience with new patients.
