Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday

As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health, you will travel to residences throughout Arkadelphia, Gurdon, Amity, and surrounding areas. Your visits will primarily involve conducting thorough risk assessments that take approximately 45 minutes each. These assessments may serve either as annual health check-ins or as post-discharge follow-ups for Medicare Advantage members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth annual home health risk assessments
• Review and evaluate patients' medical history, current health conditions, and medications
• Educate patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
• Detect gaps in care and recommend ways to improve patient outcomes
• No requirement for treatment plan development or medication prescribing

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner License in Arkansas
• Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
• MSN degree from an accredited institution
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• At least 6 months of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred

Compensation & Perks: Earn $80$90 per evaluation, with an additional mileage stipend and paid administrative time.
