As part of this vital position, youll provide assessments within Broward County, focusing on locations such as Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, and Hollywood. Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday

- Commitment can be weekly or bi-weekly, tailored to your needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive annual and post-discharge health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members in their homes
- Review and evaluate prior and current medical history, ongoing conditions, and medication use
- Deliver patient education related to medical conditions and medication management
- Identify potential gaps in care and offer actionable recommendations
- No treatment plan development or prescription responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Board certification through AANP or ANCC required
- Preferably at least six months of recent NP experience
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
This position offers compensation of $80-$90 per evaluation, plus a mileage stipend and administrative time coverage.
