As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health, youll conduct comprehensive risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members throughout Monroe County, ARincluding Brinkley, Clarendon, Holly Grove, and nearby areas. Enjoy the flexibility to create your own schedule with per diem shifts available any day of the week.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts, Monday through Sunday
- Create your own schedule for maximum work-life balance
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform annual and post-discharge home health risk assessments, typically lasting about 45 minutes per visit
- Review patients prior and current medical history, conditions, and medication regimens
- Educate members regarding their health conditions, treatment plans, and prescribed medications
- Identify gaps in patient care and make actionable recommendations to close these gaps
- Position does not require prescribing medications or generating new treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Arkansas
- Board Certification via AANP or ANCC
- MSN from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- At least 6 months of recent NP experience preferred
You will receive $80$90 for each completed evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time. This structure allows you to maximize your earning potential while controlling your availability.
