Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health risk assessments. This per diem opportunity allows you to make a genuine difference by evaluating and supporting Medicare Advantage members across Knox County. Locations include Farragut, Powell, Galesburg, and surrounding communities.
Schedule/Hours
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday

- Choose a minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive annual risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members in their homes
- Review and assess prior and current medical history, ongoing health conditions, and medication regimens
- Offer personalized education on diseases, conditions, and prescribed medications
- Identify and communicate gaps in care, making recommendations for improved patient outcomes
- Focus exclusively on assessmentno treatment planning or prescription-writing required
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee
- Current BLS (CPR) certification
- Board Certification via AANP or ANCC
- At least six months of nurse practitioner experience (preferred)
- MSN from an accredited nursing institution
As part of this role, you will receive $80$90 per evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time. This structure rewards your expertise while ensuring flexibility and autonomy.
