Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
• Create your own schedule for work-life balance
• Choose minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitments

Responsibilities include:

• Performing annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members
• Completing each evaluation in approximately 45 minutes
• Reviewing medical and medication histories, and current health status
• Educating patients about their health conditions and medication regimens
• Identifying care gaps and offering recommendations to support overall patient health
• Focusing on assessments onlyno treatment plan development or medication prescribing required

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Mississippi
• Board Certification through either AANP or ANCC
• Current CPR certification (BLS)
• MSN from an accredited institution
• At least 6 months of recent NP experience preferred

Enjoy compensation of $80-$90 per evaluation, plus a mileage stipend and administrative pay. Serve Medicare Advantage members living in Clarksdale, Jonestown, Friars Point, and surrounding areas, with varied assignments depending on shift.
