This per diem position is ideal for those who enjoy flexibility and autonomy while making a positive impact on Medicare Advantage members throughout Independence County. The role is focused on home health risk assessments, with each evaluation averaging about 45 minutes. Depending on the assignment, you may provide annual assessments or follow-up visits after hospital discharge.

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
• Create your own schedule to suit your lifestyle
• Minimal weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members
• Review and evaluate medical history, current health status, and medications
• Provide patient education on health conditions and medication management
• Identify and address gaps in care, offering recommendations for better outcomes
• No requirement to develop treatment plans or prescribe medications

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
• Board certification from AANP or ANCC
• MSN degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 6 months recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred

Compensation and Perks:

• Compensation ranges from $80$90 per evaluation, with a mileage stipend and additional pay for administrative time
