Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan participants
- Evaluate patient histories, ongoing medical conditions, and medication regimens
- Educate patients about their conditions and prescribed medications
- Identify potential gaps in care and offer recommendations for improvement
- No need to develop treatment plans or prescribe medications
Qualifications:
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in Arkansas
- Current CPR certification (BLS)
- Board Certified through AANP or ANCC
- A minimum of 6 months recent NP experience preferred
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing school
This per diem position offers $80$90 per evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and compensation for documented administrative time.
