Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Set your own schedule to balance work and life
- Choose your preferred minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete annual and post-discharge home health risk assessments
- Review patients medical history, current conditions, and medication regimens in home settings
- Educate patients about their medical conditions and safe medication use
- Identify care gaps and provide actionable recommendations for better health outcomes
- Focus exclusively on assessmentno development of treatment plans or medication prescribing required
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
- Current BLS (CPR) certification
- Board Certification through the AANP or ANCC
- At least 6 months of recent nurse practitioner experience preferred
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
In this role, youll earn $80 to $90 for each completed evaluation, in addition to a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time. Operating as part of a dedicated healthcare network, youll be given all the tools and support you need to provide outstanding patient-centered care.
