Job Description

This position empowers Nurse Practitioners to conduct thorough evaluations for Medicare Advantage plan members in Guilford County, NC, including Greensboro and surrounding areas. Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
  • Design your own schedule
  • Choose your preferred weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform annual health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members in their homes
  • Travel to assigned locations within Guilford County, which may include areas such as Summerfield, Oak Ridge, and Stokesdale
  • Review prior and current medical history, medical conditions, and medication use during 45-minute assessments
  • Educate patients about their medical conditions and medication management
  • Identify gaps in care and offer recommendations for improved outcomes
  • No treatment planning or medication prescribing required

Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
  • MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
  • Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
  • Current CPR certification (BLS)
  • At least 6 months of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred

This role offers compensation of $80-$90 for each completed evaluation, plus a mileage stipend and administrative time, valuing both your expertise and your commitment on the road.
