Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available seven days a week

• Commit to a minimum number of hours on a weekly or bi-weekly basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive annual home health risk assessments (approximately 45 minutes each) for patients in areas such as Searcy, Beebe, and Judsonia
• Review and evaluate patients medical histories, current conditions, and medication use
• Offer education concerning diseases, conditions, and medication management to increase patient understanding and compliance
• Identify potential gaps in care and make appropriate recommendations
• Visits may include annual health assessments or post-discharge evaluations
• No requirements for creating treatment plans or prescribing medications

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
• Current BLS CPR certification
• Board certification provided by AANP or ANCC
• Minimum of six months experience as an NP is preferred
• MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
