Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available seven days a week

- Commit to a minimum number of hours on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive annual home health risk assessments (approximately 45 minutes each) for patients in areas such as Searcy, Beebe, and Judsonia
- Review and evaluate patients medical histories, current conditions, and medication use
- Offer education concerning diseases, conditions, and medication management to increase patient understanding and compliance
- Identify potential gaps in care and make appropriate recommendations
- Visits may include annual health assessments or post-discharge evaluations
- No requirements for creating treatment plans or prescribing medications
Qualifications:
- Hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Current BLS CPR certification
- Board certification provided by AANP or ANCC
- Minimum of six months experience as an NP is preferred
- MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
