This per diem role is designed for flexibility, allowing you to create your own schedule and make a meaningful impact on patient care in the comfort of their homes.

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
• Create your own schedule
• Minimum commitment required on a weekly or bi-weekly basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive annual risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members during home visits (approximately 45 minutes each)
• Review medical history, current conditions, and medications
• Provide patient education regarding medical conditions and medication regimens
• Identify gaps in care and offer recommendations to ensure healthcare needs are addressed
• No treatment plan creation or medication prescribing required

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
• Board certification through AANP or ANCC
• BLS (CPR) certification
• MSN from an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of recent nurse practitioner experience preferred
