Enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of a per diem Nurse Practitioner role performing home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members in Berryville and neighboring areas of Carroll County. This opportunity allows you to create your own schedule with flexible shifts throughout the week, offering a balance between professional fulfillment and personal life.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Choose your own hours
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hour commitment as preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members in Carroll County
- Review and evaluate patients medical history, ongoing conditions, and medication usage
- Educate patients about their health conditions and prescribed treatments
- Identify care gaps and recommend actionable steps to address them
- No requirement to develop treatment plans or prescribe medications
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Board Certification with AANP or ANCC
- Current CPR certification (BLS required)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
- Minimum of 6 months recent Nurse Practitioner experience (preferred, not mandatory)
