Job Description

Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts available any day of the week (Monday through Sunday)
  • Self-scheduling: set your own hours
  • Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment ensures adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive home health risk assessments, averaging 45 minutes per visit
  • Review and evaluate patients past and current medical history, medication regimens, and ongoing medical conditions
  • Deliver patient education concerning diagnoses, medications, and self-care strategies
  • Identify and report care gaps, offering actionable recommendations to close them
  • No responsibilities for prescribing medication or implementing treatment plans

Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner License in New Mexico
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
  • MSN degree earned from an accredited nursing school
  • At least 6 months of recent nurse practitioner experience preferred

Enjoy compensation between $80 to $90 per completed evaluation, with an additional stipend for travel and administrative timeensuring your expertise and time are well rewarded.
