Job Description

Take on a meaningful per diem opportunity as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in home health risk assessments. This role focuses on evaluating Medicare Advantage plan members in White County, ARincluding Searcy, Beebe, and Judsoniawith flexible, self-directed scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
  • Set your own schedule and hours
  • Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive annual home health risk assessments with Medicare Advantage members in their homes
  • Review and evaluate prior/current medical history, health conditions, and medication management
  • Educate members on managing health conditions and understanding prescribed medications
  • Identify care gaps, making thoughtful recommendations for follow-up or further evaluation
  • No development of treatment plans or medication prescribing required

Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
  • Current BLS certification
  • Board Certification via AANP or ANCC
  • At least 6 months of experience as an NP preferred
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
