In this per diem opportunity, youll work with Medicare Advantage members across Ouachita County, including areas such as Camden, Stephens, and Bearden. Schedule:

• Flexible shifts between Monday and Sunday
• Design your own work schedule
• Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment as preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive annual and post-discharge home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members
• Review and evaluate patients medical histories, current conditions, and medication regimens during visits
• Educate patients on their health conditions and medications to promote understanding and compliance
• Identify care gaps and make appropriate recommendations for improving healthcare outcomes
• No requirement to develop treatment plans or prescribe medications

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
• Current CPR certification (BLS)
• Board certified through AANP or ANCC
• Six months or more of recent Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
• MSN degree from an accredited nursing program

This role offers compensation of $80$90 per completed evaluation, with additional mileage stipends and pay for administrative time, reflecting the value of your expertise and commitment.
