Deliver impactful healthcare directly to patients homes as a Nurse Practitioner focused on home health risk assessments. This per diem opportunity allows you to serve a diverse Medicare Advantage population in Ouachita County, conducting assessments in communities such as Bearden, Camden, and Stephens.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available any day of the week, Monday through Sunday
- Design your own work schedule
- Commit to a minimum number of hours weekly or bi-weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members
- Assess current and prior medical history, review ongoing conditions, and evaluate medication usage
- Offer patient education regarding health conditions and prescribed medications
- Identify care gaps and provide recommendations, supporting members in achieving optimal health outcomes
- No requirement to develop treatment plans or prescribe; focus remains on assessment and patient guidance
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- Current CPR certification (BLS)
- Certified through AANP or ANCC
- Minimum of 6 months current NP experience preferred
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
This position offers competitive pay of $80$90 for each evaluation, as well as a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
