Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available seven days a week (MondaySunday)
- Design your own work schedule
- Meet a minimum hourly commitment weekly or bi-weekly
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough annual home health risk assessments in patients homes
- Review and evaluate current and previous medical and medication histories
- Educate members on conditions, medications, and health management
- Detect gaps in preventive care and recommend strategies for resolution
- Focus strictly on assessmentno prescribing or creation of treatment plans required
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee
- Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- MSN from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of six months recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
This per diem role offers compensation of $80$90 per evaluation, in addition to a mileage stipend and payment for administrative time. Each assessment typically takes about 45 minutes, letting you optimize your caseload and earning potential.
