Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available any day, Monday through Sunday

Role Overview:
- Travel to patient homes in Henderson County, including areas such as Hendersonville, Fletcher, and Mills River
- Conduct annual or post-discharge health assessments, typically lasting about 45 minutes per visit
- Evaluate patients medical histories, current conditions, and medication usage
- Deliver patient education regarding medical conditions and medications
- Identify care gaps and make recommendations to optimize patient outcomes
- No responsibility for prescribing medications or creating treatment plans
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Board certification via AANP or ANCC
- Minimum of six months of NP experience preferred
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
