Step into a dynamic per diem opportunity where your clinical expertise as a Nurse Practitioner directly enhances the health and well-being of Medicare Advantage members. In this role, you will perform comprehensive home health risk assessments throughout Lincoln Countyincluding Ruidoso, Carrizozo, Capitan, and Ruidoso Downs. With each assessment lasting approximately 45 minutes, youll have the ability to make a meaningful impact one-on-one with patients, whether for an annual health review or a post-discharge evaluation.

• Choose your minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct annual health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members in their homes
• Evaluate medical histories, current health conditions, and medication usage
• Provide clear education regarding diagnoses and prescribed medications
• Spot care gaps and recommend next steps to optimize patient well-being
• No prescribing or development of treatment plans required

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in NM
• Current BLS (CPR) certification
• Board certified through AANP or ANCC
• MSN from an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of recent NP experience preferred

This opportunity offers compensation of $80 to $90 per completed assessment, including an additional mileage stipend and remuneration for administrative tasks.
