Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care and education to patients according to individualized plans and physician directives

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure ongoing support and positive health outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Respond promptly to patient needs, reporting any change in condition or concerns to supervising registered nurses or physicians
