Job Description

Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a fulfilling opportunity in home health care in Kennesaw, Georgia? We're actively seeking a compassionate RN for an engaging 13-week contract. If you possess at least one year of recent experience in home health, along with proficiency in Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive home care treatment plans.
Diligently record and monitor patient conditions and progress.
Administer medications and provide essential wound care as necessary.
Ensure accurate documentation using relevant systems, including Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase.

Requirements:

Active RN licensure in Georgia.
Minimum of one year of recent experience in home health.
Proficiency in Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase.
Previous experience managing a home-to-home workload is advantageous.
Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.

Details:

Engage in fulfilling home-to-home responsibilities within the Kennesaw, GA area.
Full-time role, 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within Kennesaw.
