Job Description

Looking for fulfilling RN home health positions in Dayton, Ohio? We have opportunities for experienced Registered Nurses (RN) who are passionate about home health care. If you have at least one year of recent home health experience and are proficient in Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase, apply now!

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive home care treatment plans.
Diligently record and monitor patient conditions and progress.
Administer medications and provide essential wound care as necessary.
Ensure accurate documentation using relevant systems, including Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase.

Requirements:

Active RN licensure in Ohio.
Minimum of one year of recent experience in home health.
Proficiency in Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase.
Previous experience managing a home-to-home workload is advantageous.
Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.

Details:

Full-time positions, 40 hours per week.
Shifts scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within Dayton.
