Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Contract Position

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Duration: 8-13 Weeks

Shifts: Variable

Company: Sunbelt Staffing

Pay: Negotiable

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse seeking a dynamic opportunity in home health? Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking RNs for contract positions in Albuquerque, NM. Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients within the comfort of their homes.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Health.
Proficiency in Homecare Homebase software.
Ability to provide a 24-hour turnaround time for OASIS documentation.
Reliable transportation and active car insurance.
Active New Mexico RN license.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes.
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
