Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a leadership role in Moraine, Ohio? We're actively seeking a dedicated RN to join our team as a supervisor in home health. If you have recent experience in home health, proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB), solid clinical skills, and a genuine drive to provide top-notch patient care, we're eager to connect with you!

Your Role:

Lead and mentor a team of home health RNs to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to design comprehensive home care treatment plans.
Efficiently document and track patient conditions and progress using OASIS and HCHB systems.
Administer medication and offer essential wound care as needed.
Utilize your expertise in OASIS and HCHB for accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

Active RN licensure in Ohio.
At least one year of recent home health experience.
Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) systems.
Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
Previous experience managing a home-to-home workload is advantageous.

Additional Details:

Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within Moraine.
