Sunbelt is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Home Health contract opportunity in Rocky Hill, CT.
Licensed Practical Nurses will be considered if they have previous and recent Home Health Case Management experience and have knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid documentation.
Qualifications for this position include a valid and current LPN License in CT or a compact state, prior home health experience (NOT Private Duty) and an American Heart Association - BLS, Valid Driver's License, and Current Auto Insurance and reliable transportation.
