Job Description

Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking a dynamic opportunity in Home Health? We have an 8-week contract available in The New Iberia, LA . If you're well-versed in OASIS and HCHB and can work an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team.
Ensure accurate OASIS documentation.
Deliver top-notch care in the home setting.

Requirements:

Active LPN licensure
Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
