Location: New Iberia, LA

Description: Calling all compassionate RNs! We're seeking a Travel Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in New Iberia, LA. This role offers the opportunity to provide top-notch care to patients in their homes while experiencing the rich culture of Louisiana.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
Administer skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and patient education.
Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care delivery.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.

Requirements:

Active RN license in Louisiana.
Minimum 6 months of experience in home health nursing.
Proficiency in HomeCare/HomeBase EMR system.
Current BLS certification.
Availability for Monday to Friday day shifts.
Ability to travel between patient homes and meet productivity targets.
