Hiring Now- BCBA- West Chicago, IL
Sunbelt Staffing is now interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work full-time for a school near West Chicago, IL. This job will be located on-site. If you are interested in this Behavior Analyst job, please review the details below before applying.


Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Active IL BCBA Licensure
  • Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Experience working with Special Education students 

Job Details:

  • FT (Up to 40 hours/week)
  • Caseload: K-12
  • Assess, design, implement, and supervise individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for students
  • Provide high quality supervision to RBTs to nurture their skills
  • Crafting high quality and timely notes, behavioral improvement plans, positive behavioral support plans, functional analysis reports
  • Knowledge of school-based services and Individual Education Plans (IEP)
  • Attend IEP meetings to present the students’ performance, progress on current goals, and propose new goals to the school.
  • Document progress on goals in order to inform treatment modifications
