Description:

Join our dynamic home health team in Jacksonville, FL, as a Contract Registered Nurse for a rewarding 13-week assignment.

Collaborate with experienced RNs to deliver comprehensive therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
Provide education to patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety precautions.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Florida.
Minimum of 6 months of experience as an RN, preferably in a home health setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
