Job Description

Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals and their families through evidence-based interventions. We care about our educators and want to give you the tools to excel in the classroom. This position is located near Romeoville, Illinois.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Implement and oversee behavior intervention programs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness.
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals for consistent implementation of behavior plans.
Stay up to date with research and best practices in behavior analysis and ABA therapy.
