Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a Special Education Teacher for a position in the Rushford, MN area. Join our team and be instrumental in providing specialized educational support to students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to meet the individual needs of students with disabilities
Collaborate with a diverse team to develop and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and achievement

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
Minnesota state certification in Special Education
Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
Proficiency in developing and implementing effective IEPs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
