Job Description

Home Health Registered Nurse Job available in Stamford, CT and surrounding area. This is a Contract / Travel RN Position with the potential for permanent employment based on need and performance.

Details:

Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm schedule with call
Travel 30-60 miles per day
EMR: HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, Outlook
Possibility for permanent employment depending on need and performance
30 patient visits per week both in home and at local care centers

Requirements:

Connecticut (CT) RN License
Previous Home Health experience
1+ years of RN experience
HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis and Outlook proficiency required
