Full-time BCBA – Arroyo Grande, California

Sunbelt is working with a school district near Arroyo Grande, CA that needs a credentialed BCBA to fulfill a contract position for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. This role is on-site and full time for the duration of the entire school year.

Requirements:

BCBA Certification

Job Details:

Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
K-12^th grade caseload
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed
Observe and develop goals
Provide coaching for RBTs and Paraprofessionals to implement behavior management plans
Attend IEP meetings
Assist in developing and behavior intervention plans
Provide ongoing monitoring of behavior programs
Communicate and collaborate with parents and staff
Meet deadlines, maintain appropriate records and prepare progress reports
