Position Overview: As a Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) based in Virginia, you'll have the opportunity to deliver individualized therapy services to students in K-12 schools. From conducting assessments to developing and implementing treatment plans, you'll play a crucial role in helping students achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders.
Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement IEP-driven treatment plans.
Provide engaging virtual therapy sessions using our intuitive teletherapy platform.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Foster collaboration with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student success.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active state licensure as an SLP in Virginia.
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Experience working in a school setting or providing teletherapy services.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed.
