Are you a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity in Fairbanks, Alaska? Join our team and make a difference in the lives of patients in our fast-paced Emergency Department.

Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Location: Fairbanks Alaska
Start Date: May 19, 2024
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN
Must have Med/Tele experience

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in an Emergency Room setting

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
Assess and triage patients, providing timely and appropriate interventions
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
Educate patients and families on disease management and follow-up care
