Position Details:

Duration: 13-week contract with possibility of extension upon successful completion.
Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekends and on-call duty (typically one weekend per month).
Location: Raceland, LA
Compensation: Hourly rate negotiable based on experience and territory budget, with weekly pay.
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401k options available after 90 days.
Mileage Reimbursement: 48 cents per mile workplace to workplace

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Louisiana.
Must have Oasis and Homecare Homebase experience.
Minimum of 1 year of home health experience, including proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase.
Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care delivery.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
Reliable transportation.
Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer.
