Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing has partnered with a leading home health agency providing top-notch care to patients in the New Martinsville, WV area. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract. If you're passionate about helping others and have home health experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Contract Details:

Location: New Martinsville, WV
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Additional Work: Occasional weekends and on-call, typically one weekend per month
Travel Stipend: Available for out-of-area travelers
Pay: Weekly, negotiable hourly rate based on experience and territory budget

Job Description:

Provide in-home patient care and assessments using OASIS.
Complete electronic documentation using Homecare Homebase software.
Administer treatments and medication as prescribed.
Educate patients and family members about their health and proper care techniques.
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Respond to on-call and weekend emergencies as required.

Requirements:

Active West Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum of 1 year of home health experience.
Proficiency with OASIS and Homecare Homebase.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.

Weekly pay with mileage reimbursement for travel between patient locations.
