An opportunity is available for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/LNA) to provide support in an ESY (Extended School Year) Summer School program. This contract role is ideal for a professional dedicated to ensuring student well-being and care during a concentrated summer session.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00am to 12:00pm (morning hours)
- July 13 to July 30, 2026
- Full attendance is required for the duration
Qualifications:
- Active certification as a CNA or LNA in good standing
- Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
- Ability to commit to perfect attendance throughout the contract period
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional conduct and reliability
Responsibilities:
- Assist students with daily living activities and support as needed
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure student safety and comfort
- Monitor and report any changes in students health or behavior to appropriate personnel
- Help maintain a positive, nurturing environment throughout the program hours
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with program and regulatory standards
