Now hiring a CNA to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a middle school student in a supportive school setting. This is a meaningful opportunity for someone comfortable with medical needs and hands-on care.
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Position: CNA (1:1 support)
Schedule: Full-time
7:45 AM 2:45 PM
Dates: 20262027 School Year
Setting: 1 school site, 7th grade student
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 supervision and monitoring for a student with a seizure disorder
Administer emergency medication as needed
Monitor student health and communicate with district nurses
Assist with tube feedings
Support with lifting, changing, and personal care needs
Requirements:
Active CNA license required
IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
Must be comfortable with medical and personal care responsibilities
