Dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants are needed for a 26-week contract role within a reputable psychiatric and behavioral health environment. This opportunity offers a consistent full-time schedule and the chance to make a real difference in the care and recovery of individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Days: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Evenings: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
• Nights: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Overtime may be offered as needed

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification, meeting applicable state requirements
• 1-2 years of previous contract experience required
• Prior experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, corrections, or long-term care settings highly preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain before starting
• Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in high-acuity behavioral settings
• Success in passing all background screening, drug screening, and onboarding requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assistance to patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
• Document and report observations regarding patient behavior, mood, and safety
• Support structured therapeutic activities, working closely with clinical staff
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment in accordance with facility policies and behavioral health protocols
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
• Communicate clearly and effectively with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to strict confidentiality, infection control, and patient safety guidelines

$1,290 - $1,360/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
