• Take and record vital signs and observe changes in patients conditions
• Support mobility and help patients with repositioning, ambulation, and transfers
• Ensure patient rooms are clean, safe, and organized
• Provide accurate documentation and reporting to nurses and supervisors
• Help with the transport of patients, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Uphold patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
